AED4U.com is proud to offer all customers who purchase an AED from AED4U.com will receive a free physician prescription to facilitate purchase. We have made arrangements with StatPads, a leader in AED prescriptions and Medical Direction services to offer this added value service.
Here's how it works-
Once we receive your order, we will contact StatPads to process your prescription.
When we receive your Prescription we will forward it to you electronically or mail it to you. (Usually within 1 day)
Your order will be sent, usually within 1-2 days from reciept.
Please note- Prescriptions are not required for Philips HeartStart On-Site and we will not order prescriptions for these devices. Prescription is required by the FDA for purchase of most defibrillators. There are no exceptions (Other than Philips On-Site) Please also note this prescription should not be confused with medical direction. Please check with your state to see if medical direction is required.
