Just order the upgrade for $75 and we will send you a box to ship us back the unit. (This is a Zoll Box with the correct padding). Inside the box will be a return shipping label and form. Simply fill-out the form. Place the AED unit only (no pads or accessories) in the box and place the included shipping label on the outside. This shipment is insured for the full value of the AED ($1600). We will then upgrade the software to meet the AHA 2005 guidelines. Place new interface stickers on the face of the unit, complete required FDA paper work and return your device to you, usually within 1-2 days.  It's that easy.
